Travel Fee

A travel fee of $35 is required for technician visits within Muskegon County, and a $45 fee applies for locations outside the county. This fee must be prepaid in full to arrange for a technician's visit to your location. We offer rapid diagnostics to ensure your devices are operational as quickly as possible.

Remote Support

Our remote support is readily available 7 days a week from the hours of 9 A.M to 6 P.M

Remote support is intended solely for resolving software-related issues on the machine for which you have purchased the service. If you wish to obtain remote support for an additional device, you will need to purchase one of our package plans, as you did for the initial machine. In instances where we are assisting other customers, we request your patience until a staff member becomes available to assist you.

Refund Policy 

The travel fee becomes non-refundable when the technician is en-route or arrives. If you cancel before the technician departs, you're entitled to a refund of half the travel fee. If the technician arrives and cannot meet anyone or receive a phone response, the fee remains non-refundable. We'll contact you 20 minutes before departure; no response will be considered a cancellation, and you'll receive a refund of half the travel fee. Rescheduling is free, but it must be done at least two hours before your appointment.

Our Cancellation Policy

Electronics Repair and Sales LLC recognizes that schedules can shift. Our cancellation policy is crafted to facilitate a smooth process for our clients and team. A notice of 2 hours is REQUIRED to cancel any appointment. Not providing this notice will incur a cancellation fee. The fee structure is as follows: $17 for customers within Muskegon County and $22 for those outside Muskegon County. The remaining balance will be credited back to the card used for the booking.

Rescheduling 

Should you require a change in your appointment, we are pleased to assist you without any extra charge. Please contact us by phone, email, or through our website's contact form to set up a new convenient time.

Missed Appointments

If an appointment is missed without appropriate notice or communication, a fee will apply. Customers residing in Muskegon County will incur a charge of $17, whereas those located outside of Muskegon County will incur a charge of $22.

Warranty

At Electronics Repair and Sales LLC, we stand behind our work with a 30-day warranty on all repairs. This means that if an issue arises related to the repair within 30 days of service, we will take care of it at no additional cost to you.

Voided Warranty

Please be aware that our warranty becomes VOID if the repaired item is accidentally dropped or tampered with by you or any other party. To ensure that your warranty remains valid, please handle your device with care and avoid any unauthorized modifications.
